Sumy State University has become a partner in an international research project focused on advancing digital technologies for societal resilience. Researchers from both universities have already held their first meetings to discuss innovative solutions and future collaboration.
🔹 Digital Twins — developing smart infrastructure using Liverpool’s MetaCity digital twin.
🔹 Applied AI — exploring cybersecurity, computer vision for industry, and explainable artificial intelligence.
The partnership will promote academic exchanges, joint seminars, scientific publications, and applications for international research grants.
Supported by the Seed Fund for Research Excellence and developed within the UK–Ukraine Twinning Initiative, the project opens new opportunities for international scientific cooperation.
