Applications are now open for the annual competition for the Fulbright Research and Development Program, designed for young university lecturers and researchers. The program offers an opportunity to conduct research at U.S. universities and research institutions for 6 to 9 months.

The program provides participants with a grant to conduct individual research at higher education institutions or research institutions in the United States. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the latest developments and practices of U.S. universities in curriculum planning, course development and teaching, as well as participate in academic conferences and seminars.
The program does not provide an opportunity to pursue an academic degree. However, Fulbright scholars may attend lectures and seminars as non-degree students.
Who can apply?
The competition is open to applicants up to 45 years of age with at least two years of professional experience, including university lecturers, PhD students and researchers who do not yet hold an academic degree, PhD holders, higher education administrators, research institution staff, journalists, library, museum and archival professionals, cultural management specialists, and NGO professionals.
Fields of specialization: humanities, social sciences, exact sciences, technical sciences and natural sciences.
The Fulbright Office in Ukraine does not consider applications in accounting, auditing, logistics, management, marketing, business, business administration or clinical medicine.
The program provides: a monthly stipend, additional funding for professional literature, medical insurance, and round-trip travel.
