Unfortunately, Universities do not offer scholarships. However, it needs to be understood that the cost of education is indeed affordable and ten times low as relevant to other EU countries.

The duration of degree programs is as follows:

  • Bachelor degree programs – 3 to 4 Years (depending on a specialty, curriculum and university)
  • Master Degree program – 1 to 2 years (depending on a specialty, curriculum, and university)
  • Medical studies (MD/MBBS) – 6 years
  • Dental studies (BDS/DMD) – 5 years
  • Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) – 3 to 4 years
  • Clinical Postgraduate studies (Medical Internship) – 1 to 3 years (depending on a specialty)

In order to start admission processing and to get confirmation from admission office of chosen University, it is necessary to submit scan copies of the following documents:

  • Copy of international passport Copy of school leaving certificate (Certificate of A level/SSCE/HSSCE/FSC/ WAEC /NECO/ Bachelor etc.)
  • Copy of personal data application form signed by an applicant. (The form you need to download from our website, fill, sign and send us its scan copy)
  • To apply for Master degree program, it is necessary to submit Bachelor degree diploma and transcript.
  • To apply for PhD program, it is necessary to Submit Master’s degree diploma and Study Proposal.

The average monthly expenses for students for food and living are about 200-250 US$. Ukrainian universities have all favorable conditions for international students living: campuses, student hostels at affordable cost, student canteens, student sports gyms, and halls. Transport expenditures are also very low. Student monthly transport pass is available approximately price is 10 US$.

Yes. Upon arrival in Ukraine, Ukrainian universities conduct an entrance exam for medical and non-medical studies. Entrance exam is compulsory for Medical Education. Entrance exams consist of following subjects Biology, Chemistry and English and For Non-Medical education, entrance exam consist of English and specialty of further studies. TOEFL, IELTS, IMAT, SAT etc. are also not required.

Studying can be conducted in English or Ukrainian/Russian languages by Student’s choice. If you want to study in English language, you will start from the first year directly. For students interested to get education in the local language (or sometimes the desired program is not available in English), it is necessary to go through the preparatory department to learn Russian/Ukrainian.

Degrees from all Ukrainian Universities are recognized worldwide. Especially Medical and Dentistry degree courses have recognition by World Health Organization (WHO), PLAB, and USMLE etc. Also, all these degrees are listed under the Medical Council of India (MCI), Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC), Medical Councils of Bangladesh, Nepal, Morocco, Turkey, Nigeria & Ghana, etc. Medical Degree from Ukraine is valid in European Union Countries without license exam from June 2022.

For African Students:

In many African countries, Ukrainian Medical degree is valid without any intelligence/license exam. African applicants are advised to check with their relevant medical boards/councils.

For Arabic Students:

In many Arabic countries, Ukrainian Medical degree is valid without any intelligence/license exam. Arabic applicants are advised to check with their relevant medical boards/councils for study medicine in Ukraine.

For European Students:

After joining European Union as, a candidate member country. Ukrainian education system adopts the EU policies to boost and improve their system of education. Ukrainian degrees are valid in EU without verification. Especially medical degrees are valid without any intelligence/license exam. UK is not a part of EU, So UK nationals are obliged to go through PLAB for getting a registration of GMC.

For Indian Students:

As per the current rules of the Medical Council of India (MCI), you can practice in India. After graduating from Ukraine, you have to appear for a Screening test, conducted by the National Board of Education (NBE), New Delhi. On clearing this test you need to register with the MCI and comply with all their rules and then you will get a Registration that will allow you to practice Medicine in India.

For Pakistani Students:

As per the current rules of the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC), after graduating from Ukraine you can practice in Pakistan. After graduating from Ukraine, you have to appear for a Screening test (NLE) & you need to complete a house-job for 1 year in any hospital. After clearing the NLE test, you will be registered in PMC as a medical doctor.

For USA/Canada Students:

After graduation from Ukraine. Students must go through the PLAB USA & National Assessment Collaboration (NAC) Examination Canada. Ukrainian Medical University must be enlisted by ECFMG for both countries.

  • Issuance of normal study invitation takes 5-7 working days after submission of proper documents and application fee.
  • Issuance of Urgent study invitation takes 1-2 working days after submission of proper documents and application fee.
  • Cancellation and issuance of new study invitation takes 5-30 working days after submission of proper documents and application fee.
  • Usually, Ukrainian universities offer September intake, but some universities offer September and February intake.
  • Deadline of September intake is 1st June to 30th October of each year. It means you must be enrolled and start their classes before or till 30th October each year. Sometimes exceptions are available.
  • Deadline of February intake is 15th November to 15th March of each year. It means you must be enrolled and start their classes before or till 15th March of each year. Sometimes exceptions are available.
  • Preparatory course doesn’t have any deadline. Whole year admissions are open for preparatory courses.

It’s very compulsory to meet with new student upon arrival in Ukraine. Because upon arrival border guards will demand receiving letter. You must have to provide them the receiving letter. After getting visa of Ukraine, Applicant must have to inform us and provide us date of arrival for issuance of receiving letter. Without receiving letter applicants must be deported back to his/her country.

Ukraine is a candidate member of European Union. Ukraine is going through a transition phase of joining the European Union. Ukraine will join the EU as a member country till the end of 2024.

It’s possible. Applicant will submit his/her transcript for calculation of credit hours. After calculating of credit hours university will announce the study year.

  • 1 semester= 30 ECTS
  • 1 Year= 60 ECTS
  • Calculation based on ECTS for Ukrainian education system.

Yes, you can apply for Job Search Visa or Permit after completion of successful degree. Universities itself provides job placement opportunities in Ukraine and other western countries.

After successful enrollment in university, applicant will get documents from university for biometric temporary residence card. Applicant will go to nearby immigration office for biometric Temporary residence card. Biometric Temporary residence card will be ready within 15-20 working days are trackable on immigration website.

Biometric Temporary Residence card will be revoked if you have an administrative fine e:g unpaid challan of traffic police, Unpaid Public transport fine etc.

Usually, the validity of Biometric Temporary Residence Card is till the end of study. But exceptions are available.

After getting Biometric Temporary Residence Card, applicant will go to address registration office within 30 days for address registration. For address registration one copy of passport with Ukrainian translation is compulsory. If within 30 days, applicant will not do address registration, an administrative fine will be imposed.

Identification number is a tax number of Ukraine. It’s good to get it. Because if you want to buy a car or want to get a Ukrainian driving license, it’s very compulsory. Sometimes during opening a bank account, it’s compulsory. Applicant could get it from nearby Tax office with valid Biometric Temporary Residence Card and with valid address registration paper.

Privat Bank is very good and friendly bank for students. Usually, Privat bank open the account of student within 5-10 minutes on availability of original passport. But students are advised to submit their (instead of his/her) Biometric Temporary Residence Card to bank after getting from immigration. If possible, also provide your Identification number (Tax ID of Ukraine) to bank.

Usually, students get a 90-day multiple entry “D” national visa of Ukraine. Student must be advised to apply Biometric Temporary Residence Card as soon as possible before expiry of 15 days of visa.

Currency of Ukraine is Hryvna.

Yes. It’s possible. You must have to complete at least one year or more education in the territory of Ukraine. After that you are eligible to take transfer in EU.

According to State education department of Ukraine, Applicant must have at least 60% marks. For Indian applicants NEET certificate is compulsory.

  • Student status certificate from university
  • Bank statement at least 1000$ or more.

In order to receive a visa, you must visit a country which has an Embassy of Ukraine and apply from there. See the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine’s website for a complete list of embassies and consulates.

No, if you are coming to study in a Ukrainian university, you must come on a student visa (which requires a study invitation letter first).

No, the invitation letter is a document issued to you alone. However, you can apply to the University for a Personal Invitation Letter for your parents or relatives.

Typically, the visa application process is around ten working days. Sometimes this can be prolonged to 30 working days.

The invitation letter is valid up to 6 -12 months. This information is mentioned in the invitation letter.

Only universities can cancel your invitation letter upon your personal request to educational company or agent. If you don’t know which university issued you the invitation letter, please send us a copy of your passport and the invitation letter to help clarify the situation.

Your parents or relatives can pay for your study.

Ukraine is a safe and tolerant country with friendly people and a European atmosphere. In May 2017, the annual Eurovision Song Contest was hosted in Kyiv and seen as a great success. As of 11 June 2017, Ukrainian citizens are granted to travel visa-free to the EU and the Schengen area, except for the UK. From 24th Feb 2022, Ukrainian could travel to Ireland without visa for 90 days. The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is a tool of the European Higher Education Area for making studies and courses more transparent.

  • 1 semester= 30 ECTS
  • 1 Year= 60 ECTS

  • 4 Year- 240 ECTS (Usually bachelor’s degree consists of 240 ECTS)
  • 5 Year= 300 ECTS (Dentistry and Pharmacy degree consist of 300 ECTS)
  • 6 Year= 360 ECTS (MD degree from whole Europe consist of 360 ECTS)

Yes. If visa is rejected, Applicant go for appeal. But there are some terms and conditions for appeal. Please attach rejection letter and write an application for appeal. After rejection, within 60 days Applicant must have to go for appeal otherwise new visa will be launched.

No. After finishing your education you could convert into Job Search Visa. Duration will be 1 year.

Immigration takes 10-15 days to deliver a Biometric Temporary Residence Permit. If case is complex, then the time duration will be prolonged.

You could go for appeal and it’s free of cost. Immigration of Ukraine will provide you reason of rejection and you need to improve the rejection reason and put on appeal. Appeal case of Biometric Temporary Residence Permit takes 15-25 days to deliver a Biometric Temporary Residence Permit.

If you are going to get the Ukraine driving license, you should pass two state exams theory (computer test at DAI) and driving practice. You may study at any of driving schools or with a private coach. It usually takes 2-3 months. For getting a driving license Biometric Temporary residence permit, Tax ID and address registration in compulsory. We could provide services for making a driving license in Ukraine.

University will expel the students and informed to the immigration authorities. Biometric Temporary residence permit will be cancelled and after cancellation student must have to leave the Ukraine within 10-25 days otherwise, you’ll be deported by force and your entry into Ukraine will be revoked for 3-5 years. You will be unable to apply visa of Ukraine for 3-5 years.

Yes. She/he will get a residence card till the validity of your residence card. She/he will not be allowed to work in the territory of Ukraine.

After 5 years legally staying in Ukraine you could apply for permanent residence card of Ukraine through immigration lawyer. If you will marry with Ukrainian national, you will get permanent residence card as well.

Yes. After successful enrollment in university. Student can apply student card. Student will get some discounts on student card.

Yes. For getting monthly transport pass, student card is compulsory. Monthly transport pass cost around 10-12$ per month.

Usually, embassy takes 10-15 working days for decision of visa. If documents are not completed or complex case, then it’s up to 30 days.

It’s 90 days (D-13) visa with multiple entries. D-13 is the code of student visa.

No. On arrival at the boarder of Ukraine. Immigration Police will conduct an interview for permission of Entry in Ukraine. Immigration police have authority to decline your entry to Ukraine if they are not satisfied with your answers.

Interview duration is 5-10 minutes. Usually, Immigration police ask purpose of arrival, documents, cash, accommodation (Where you will stay in Ukraine) and Receiving letter etc.

Receiving letter is a permission to enter in Ukraine on behalf of a university. Usually, student recruitment agencies Name and number is mentioned on the receiving letter.

If student can’t enroll himself/herself in university then student must leave the country. Otherwise, administrative fine will be imposed on airport and entry may be revoked for 3-5 years by immigration police.

Yes, you can. You could freeze your semester only 1-2 times in your whole degree. University terms and conditions must be applied.

KROK is an intelligence exam for Medical and Dentistry students. KROK exam consist of 2 parts. KROK 1 after 3 years of education and KROK 2 in last year of education. It’s very compulsory to pass both steps for getting a degree. KROK 1 & 2 consist of MCQ’s and short questions.

At the end of degree there will a state exam. Three will be a state exams consist of written and oral part. It’s compulsory to pass it for obtaining a degree.
