⚙️ FUTURE ENGINEERS WILL MASTER REVERSE ENGINEERING IN A NEW KPI LABORATORY
A new high-tech laboratory has been established at the Faculty of Robotics and Instrumentation Engineering of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (KPI). Here, students will be able to experience the full engineering product development cycle — from an idea and digital design to manufacturing, assembly, and testing of completed robotic systems. 🤖
🔹 Modern 3D printers for mastering additive manufacturing technologies;
🔹 Desktop CNC milling and turning machines;
🔹 Equipped workstations for electrical assembly, soldering, and heat processing;
🔹 Oscilloscopes, multimeters, microscopes, and other measurement equipment;
🔹 Opportunities to develop components, study existing products, and master reverse engineering.
🤝 The laboratory was established with the support of KPI alumni and partner companies — Ajax Systems, Progrestekh-Ukraine, MediGO, and Bald.
The laboratory is named after Professor Valentyn Rumbeshta, one of the founders of the Faculty of Instrumentation Engineering and a long-serving Academic Secretary of the university.
