Since passenger flights to Ukraine are currently suspended, most students arrive via airports in neighboring countries (Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova) or by land border crossings. Once your travel plans are confirmed, share your details with us as soon as possible, so we can:
- Obtain your official Receiving Letter from the university for immigration clearance.
- Assign a dedicated representative to meet you at the border.
- Guide you through entry procedures and ensure a safe transfer to your university.
Important: Timely communication of your arrival information is critical. Ukraine strictly enforces immigration procedures, and our support ensures your border crossing and arrival go smoothly.
