PROCESS OF ONLINE ENROLLMENT IN UKRAINAIN UNIVERSITIES

According to Ukrainian law due to current situation of Ukraine, education will be carried out online format for foreigners till the normalization of situation. To carry out the online education in Ukraine. Applicant must be followed the instruction given below:

Get a study invitation from Ukrainian university.

Get your education documents officially legalized (Apostille / Consular legalization).

You need to have your legalized education documents and a copy of the first page of your passport translated into Ukrainian by a licensed translator and notarized. You can do this at the Ukrainian embassy in your country, or let our specialists handle it for you in Ukraine. Then, send the copies of your legalized documents to Ukraine using any convenient international courier. This step might seem a bit tricky, but with our help, you’ll get through it easily!

Appear in online entrance exam. Entrance exam will be conducted online or some recruitment center in your country.

After successful completion of entrance exam pay your tuition fee to university.

Yes. It’s compulsory. Without valid study invitation you could not continue your online education according to Ukrainian law. Validity of study invitation will be one year.

Yes! You must have a study invitation to start your admission and online studies in Ukraine. The invitation is valid for six months, giving you enough time to complete the enrollment process.

After successful enrollment, university will provide you special time frame for sending original required documents. It’s very compulsory to submit original certificates or diplomas or degrees to university. If you will not submit your original documents to university, after certain period of time you’ll be expelled from university according to Ukrainian law for foreigner’s education. NOTE: Ukrainian universities will not demand to send original passport by post.

Yes. Due to the current situation in Ukraine, accredited universities are allowed to offer their programs online. You can study remotely and will receive a fully recognized diploma at the end of your program. However, please remember that once the situation stabilizes, you will be required to join your studies on campus to continue your education in person.
