A key step in the admission process is obtaining the official Study Invitation. This document confirms that the university has accepted your application for review and grants you access to the entrance examination. While the Study Invitation does not guarantee automatic enrollment, it secures your place in the admission process and opens the door to the next stage — the entrance exam. The online format also ensures that you enter the process within the official timelines established by Ukrainian law, preserving all your academic opportunities.

After receiving the invitation, the university conducts the entrance exam online. The exam is organized officially and takes place via video communication with university representatives. The entire session is recorded: the video is stored at the university, a copy is submitted to the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, and the results are linked to the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE). The exam format depends on the chosen program and may include subject knowledge assessment, an interview, and evaluation of language proficiency. The process is structured, transparent, and designed to verify the applicant’s academic readiness. Upon successful completion, the university makes an official enrollment decision, granting the student formal status and allowing them to continue the process for arrival in Ukraine.

If the chosen program allows for remote learning, students may begin their studies online while preparing for relocation.
